Proactive 24 Support for Oracle

Proactive 24 for Oracle ensures that support for a combination of HP and Oracle database products is delivered quickly and without disputes over problem ownership. The Proactive 24 for Oracle is an extension of HP's Mission Critical Services that is linked to Oracle's Product Support to give you an integrated HP/Oracle Proactive support service level that provides co-ordinated proactive service and seamless reactive problem solving.

Leveraging our Co-operative Support Agreement with Oracle, we provide best-in-class people and processes to minimise and manage support problems.

SAP Application Support

One of the key software applications powering today’s enterprise and Internet e-marketplace is SAP. When operating at an optimal level, this application enables organisations to increase sales and streamline business by making commitments to you based on real-time inventory data from suppliers

HP SAP Support Service will guarantee that maximum uptime will be realised in a cost-effective and predictable manner; and that the challenges posed by market and organisational change and resource constraints will be met.

HP Services helps implement and operate SAP Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to achieve maximum performance, availability, flexibility, and security. HP Services address the entire architectural stack of the SAP environment including infrastructure operations (network, data centre and hardware layers), technical operations (systems and database layers) and application operations (application basis layer).
